Will my pet be safe with you?

Yes! Safety is at the forefront of my mind at each visit. I have been well known in past and current careers as an outdoor guide to expertly handle risk management. I am certified in Pet CPR & First Aid and carry a small first aid kid on me at all times.

Are you insured?

Yes! I am insured through one of the leading insurance companies in pet care, PCI. Rest assured that in case of emergency, I have you covered.

Why should I choose you?

Besides the fact that you and your pet's safety and well being are the focus of each visit, you can be confident that I care deeply about what I do. I am not your neighbor's daughter who is just looking for an extra buck. I intend to grow this business through hard work, passion and respect. I love what I do! And I take it very seriously. This comes across with each visit.  You can trust me, and count on me, to care for your pet with the utmost care and to respect each client's home and wishes throughout. Let me prove it to you!

How do I go about scheduling a visit?

Please reach out to me via my phone number, email or the contact form on this website regarding your needs. I will reach out to schedule a free meet & greet to get to know you, your pet and your home better before moving forward. I utilize a mobile app, Critter, to schedule bookings and report after each visit!

What is your cancellation policy?

For overnight sitting, I take a deposit to hold your dates which is fully refundable up to 60 days out. Within the 60 day time frame cancellations are accepted but the deposit can not be returned. For walking and visits cancellations are accepted without fee on a case by case basis.

What is your weather policy?

I complete my visits in nearly all weather! The only time a visit will be cancelled due to weather is when travel becomes extremely dangerous and will be discussed with each client prior to cancellation. Walks are typically shortened in the case of thunder, heavy rain, blizzard, or temps below 10 degrees or over 90 (depending on the dog). I like to have back up options for each walking client in case of bad weather such as indoor play, enrichment activities or possibly just rescheduling, which is typically discussed at the meet & greet.
